• Transaction data: Order history, shipping details and payment status. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code (see Section 6).

• Optional information: Biography, portfolio details, social media links provided by artists.
• Files you send us: Photos and files you upload for prints, frames, albums and cards. Artists also give us the PayPal email or bank details we use to pay them. We use these only to fulfill your order or pay you.

• Legal authorities if required by law.
• Other parties as part of mergers, acquisitions, or corporate restructuring.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.

5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies, pixels, and other tracking technologies to improve user experience, analyze usage, and display personalized content or ads. You can manage your preferences through your browser or device settings.
• Essential cookies keep the site working: your cart, checkout, sign-in and security checks. These are always on.
• Analytics cookies (Google) help us see how the site is used. They stay off until you accept in the cookie banner.
• Advertising cookies and pixels (Meta/Facebook and Pinterest) help us measure and show our ads. They also stay off until you accept.
• Fonts and payment providers (Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts, PayPal) may load from their own servers when you view or pay on our site.
You can change your choice at any time through our Opt-out preferences page, which also lets you tell us not to sell or share your personal information. Your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal is honored as an opt-out. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then not work.
6. Security
Your payment details are protected. When you pay, you enter your card or payment details into secure forms run by our payment partners (WooPayments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and others), and they are sent over an encrypted connection. ArtQuestor never sees or stores your full card number or security code. Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and our sign-in and registration forms use bot protection.
We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and personal information (see Section 4). No online service can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse.
