Are the artworks original? Yes. Original pieces are one of a kind, and each page says clearly whether you are buying an original or a print.
What is Print and Frame? Upload your own photo, or choose one from our gallery. Pick a size, paper and frame, and we print it, frame it and send it ready to hang.
Is shipping really free? Yes, to anywhere in the world. Import duties in your country may still apply.
How long will my order take? Original art ships within 7 days. Custom items take about 5 to 7 business days to make. Then add 7-14 days for delivery.
Can I return something? Yes, original art and ready-made prints within 14 days of delivery. See the Return Policy. Custom items are returned only if damaged or wrong.
How do I track my order? Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or the Order Tracking page.
I am an artist. How do I sell here? Create an account, choose “I’m an artist building my gallery”, and read the Artist Agreement. ArtQuestor keeps 30% of each sale, and you are paid 10 days after the 14-day return window closes.
