How long it takes.
- Original art and ready-made pieces: the artist ships within 7 days of your order, with tracking. Delivery usually takes 7-14 days after that.
- Custom print-and-frame, albums and cards: made to order. Production takes about 5 to 7 business days, then 7-14 days for delivery.
Tracking. You get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check it on our Order Tracking page.
Packaging and insurance. Art is packed to survive the trip. Higher-value pieces are insured while in transit.
Customs and duties. For orders outside the United States, your country may charge import duties or taxes. These are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will repair, replace or refund it.
