• To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom-made or personalized artworks.

• Digital downloads, Photos.

• Gift cards.

• Items purchased on sale or promotional discounts (final sale).

3. Conditions for Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

• Any item returned not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).

• Returns requested after the 15-day window.

4. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days.

• Refunds will be issued excluding any shipping, handling, or insurance fees.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
