We may suspend or delete accounts for violations.

ArtQuestor provides no guarantees of sales, uptime, or performance.
- Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Platform.
- Governing Law
These Terms follow California law.
- Dispute Resolution
Any dispute must be resolved exclusively in Orange County, California, USA.
